8 PERCENT is a collection of 4 stories about dealing with cancer. A comic all-star team got together to create this book that benefits the Pancreatic Cancer Network. Every member of the creative team has been touched by cancer in some way. This is how they give back. The book contains a forward by comic legend, Tom DeFalco and pinups by Alan Kupperberg (Amazing Spider-Man), Sean Izaakse (Thunderbolts) and Darryl Banks (Green Lantern).

Dreams of Flying is writer Ron Marz (Green Lantern) tribute to his father who died of pancreatic cancer. Ron weaves a tale of his father's life including his time as a bombadier in WWII. The art is masterfully done by Rick Leonardi (Uncanny X-Men) and Andy Lanning (Guardians of the Galaxy). The story is lettered by Troy Peteri (Witchblade).

Creature Within is a creepy tale of living with a monster inside you and keeping it at bay. The story is by J.M DeMatteis (Amazing Spider-Man) and chillingly painted by Richard P Clark (Creepy) and lettered by Allen Cordrey
